SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. For gold and silver pieces, each piece is individually crafted upon request, so it may take between 10 and 15 business days to be produced in our own workshop in Barcelona, Spain. The production time does not include shipping.
The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation, ensuring that the customer always approves it before confirming the payment. The shipping price does not include customs duties or tariffs that may occur for shipments to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track it.
Please note that orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. The current delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, weather conditions, or other external factors, especially during the holiday season.
